Christmas!!

Thanks to my fabulous girlfriend Amanda, I got this awesome new cupcake book called: Hello, Cupcake!!  It's GRAT (Bruno voice) and has so many intricate and beautiful cupcake designs.  We are both so excited to start trying some of the projects out.  We were fantasizing today about starting our own cupcake business. Wouldn't that be fun!   We could have a "cupcake coming out party" to showcase our forthcoming treats.  We would get a professional photographer (obviously) to come and shoot the get-together. Depending on our feedback from friends and family we could start making our fantabulous creations at home and advertising in the HoCoMo Freddie newspaper for custom orders. We thought it would be sweet if we could buy a Land Rover and drive around delivering the orders.  But then Tyler interrupted our fantasy and said we would realistically be cruising in Tom's busted up Buick from 1983 with the passenger seat in permanent recline and the crinkled bumper from his run in with a deer 4 winters ago....ANYWAY... back to the fantasy: we would be driving about in our Land Rover taking our exquisitely designed cupcakes to our customers until we got a good fan base going.  Then we could set up shop near the Little George's in Sykesville renting out some empty space and making cupcakes part time while I went to medical school and Amanda worked at her job at NSA.  We would have to hire some people full time as the business got bigger.  But for now, it would be wise to try some creations from the cupcake book and interview a few friends who already have small businesses to get a feel for what it's like.  Tyler could be the accountant.
